Delivery / collection quote

After approval, pay the delivery/collection fees first, then the reservation deposit equal to one day’s rental fee. Your reservation is confirmed only after BOTH payments are complete. The reservation deposit is deducted from the total rental fee; it is not the refundable security deposit.

Before you request a quote

Request accommodation delivery, collection, or both. We check availability for your dates and address, then email your quote and payment link if approved.

Please request a quote before paying the rental booking deposit.

Pay the remaining rental fee in Korean won cash when your item is delivered, not at the end of the rental period. If you receive your rental by delivery, please prepare the remaining rental balance (after deducting your paid booking deposit) in Korean won cash. The separate security deposit may be paid in Korean won cash or an equivalent amount in foreign currency cash, such as USD or EUR. Our card terminal is only available at our shop, so we cannot accept card payments at delivery. Delivery / collection fees and the booking deposit are paid online in advance.

Delivery questions

Can I choose just one direction?

Yes. Choose delivery only and return the item to our Hongdae store, or collect it from our store and request accommodation collection. You can also request both delivery and collection.

How much are delivery and collection?

Fees depend on the location. Your approved quote shows each fee. If you request both directions, they are combined into one payment.

When is my reservation confirmed?

After approval, pay the delivery and collection fees through your emailed link. The page then lets you pay the rental booking deposit. Both payments must be completed to confirm your reservation. Check the payment deadline in your quote. All dates and times are in Korea Standard Time (KST).

How is the booking deposit different from the security deposit?

The rental booking deposit is part of the total rental price and is deducted from it. The remaining rental balance and the security deposit are separate amounts. Check the amounts shown in your quote.

Can I request hotel reception handover?

Include requests such as reception handover or delivery before check-in in the notes. We will check whether the arrangement is possible before approval. These arrangements are not automatically guaranteed.
