Optional: SNS account (when inquiring via Instagram DM), delivery or reservation-related requests.

Purpose of Use

Confirmation of rentals and travel service reservations, customer support, payment and deposit management, and service improvement.

Retention Period

Personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection has been fulfilled, unless retention is required by applicable laws.

Third-Party Provision & Outsourcing

The Company does not sell personal information or provide it to third parties for marketing purposes.
However, to the minimum extent necessary to deliver our services, personal information may be shared with or entrusted to the following:

Payment processing: payment gateway (PG) providers, for card payment and settlement.

Reservation processing: travel platforms such as Klook and KKday, for bookings made through them.

Personal information may also be provided when the user has given prior consent or when required by law.

Protection Measures

Restricted access, internal management procedures, and minimization of personnel handling personal information.

Destruction Procedure

Electronic files are permanently deleted using unrecoverable methods.
Paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
