From Exit 3 to the shop
The key landmark is the escalator going up to the street.
Use the building passage beside it to reach our basement shop.
Follow signs for Exit 3
At Hongik University Station (홍대입구역), follow the Exit 3 signs through the station.
The shop is reached from the passage near this exit.

When you reach the escalator leading up to street level at Exit 3, look beside it for the entrance into the connected building.

Continue into the building and look ahead for KPLANZ.
You can reach the shop from the station without going outside.Find Unit 09 on B1
The rental counter is at Unit 09 on basement level 1 (B1 / 지하 1층).
This is where you collect and return rentals.
Visit times
Monday–Friday: 10:00–17:00 (Korea time).
Weekends and public holidays: by appointment.
Confirm your collection or return time before travelling to the shop.
For a visit outside these hours, message us first and wait for confirmation.
If you are already outside or cannot find us
Check that your map shows 183 Yanghwa-ro and that you are near Exit 3.
If you cannot find the building passage or the B1 shop, send us a photo of the entrance or sign in front of you and your current map location.
