For several people’s bags at once, send quantities, sizes and drop-off times in advance.
Staff handle the bags personally, but this does not mean all sizes and quantities can always be accepted.

Drop-off and collection
Staff check your bags at the shop and send a photo and receipt by DM.
Show the receipt and collect within the agreed window.
Weekend and out-of-hours visits require advance booking.
